this seems rather silly

one of the top stories on the news tonight was how Shaws tattled on Whole Foods and how they were planning on opening on turkey day.

apparently, according to the massychooshits blue(balls) laws, the only stores allowed to open on turkey day are gas stations and convienience stores.

so, i decided to see if i could find out what they said. i don't see anything that states explicitly that they can't, but as veteran's day was last week, i started wondering if all of those stores (like Macy's, Sears, malls) that opened early for veteran's day sales could actually be fined for opening before 1pm.

hmmmm....
