i listened to this story narrated by Howard Dully and how he underwent a transorbital lobotomy at 12 years old as i drove home yesterday.

please take 23 minutes to listen to this story.

you will be amazed. you will be horrified.

there are very frank descriptions of the procedure.

and thru it all, Mr. Dully narrates the story with an almost unnerving calm.
