after seeing this article on Dumbass Dub signing the highway bill, i couldn't help but wonder the following:

if both houses of congress can compile a bill (using the excuse of 'lesser of two evils' decision process), why can't they put together a bill of equal proportion that supports education? i seem to recall that there was some sort of education bill signed by Dumbass Dub, but that it was no where near the magnitude of this one.

and then i wonder, how the fuck are we going to pay for this one?
