receptionists...
we are lucky here at work as we have a pair of VERY cool receptionists, and i am fortunate that i am in both of their good graces. this has worked well for me as i was overhead paged by LP (our MN receptionist) and when i called her, she informed that trainwreck wanted to speak to me. i groaned, she laughed and i replied that i'm kinda busy.
so she asked me if i wanted her to tell trainwreck that i was in a meeting. sure i reply. okbye.
as i'm walking back to my desk, i hear my phone ringing and see the caller ID and push the 'To VM' button.
i now have a 42 second message from trainwreck i have no intention of listening to in the next few minutes, but all i can say is this -
our receptionists rule.

LP is the best. She often "screens" my calls for me. I don't know she does that job day after day, but thank the lord she does!
